President Zuma announces another Cabinet reshuffle

President Jacob Zuma has again reshuffled his Cabinet, marking the second change to government's executive departments this year.
The Presidency announced six changes to the National Executive.
Hlengiwe Mkhize has been moved from the Home Affairs portfolio to Minister of Higher Education, formerly headed by Blade Nzimande.
While former deputy minister of Higher Education Mduduzi Manana, who resigned weeks before pleading guilty to three charges of assault in September, has been replaced by Buti Manamela.
In a statement issued by the Presidency, Zuma says there's been careful consideration to changes to the National Executive.
President Zuma has also appointed new members to the board of the SABC.
