Power cuts brought down a notch to stage 5
Eskom reduced load shedding slightly on Friday morning.
"Due to the slight improvement in generation capacity and lower demand, stage 5 load shedding will be implemented from 06:00 today until further notice," say the embattled utility's Daphne Mokwena.

Mokwena says they will publish another update if there're any major changes.
South Africans were not given a breather, when the utility ramped up power cuts to stage 6 recently.
Eskom said it was struggling to return some generating units to service.
