Political parties have made a big push for votes at their final election rallies.

President Cyril Ramaphosa's told tens of thousands of ANC supporters that government officials who are found guilty of corruption or state capture - will be removed.

We will never surrender our freedom to corruption and state capture. We refuse," he said. 

Speaking at Ellis Park Stadium in Joburg yesterday, the president said the work will continue against gender-based violence.

"We recommit ourselves to a truly non-sexist South Africa - working with the broader women and gender movement. We will continue to take practical steps to emancipate of women," the president said.

The DA's Mmusi Maimane's urged people to vote for change and not corruption. At the EFF rally - Julius Malema focused on issues like fighting crime and helping the country's working class. 

Here in KZN, Mangosuthu Buthelezi's told supporters in Ulundi that the IFP has a detailed plan to get the country working.
