Police are on the hunt for the gunman who shot and killed three family members near Richards Bay on the KwaZulu-Natal north coast.

Officers say the shooting occurred in the Empembeni area on Friday night.
The suspect allegedly kicked down the door to the family home and opened fire on the occupants. The building was then torched.
Two adults and a two-year-old girl died at the scene.
One woman managed to escape with gunshot wounds and is receiving treatment in hospital.
Police spokesperson, Thulani Zwane says the motive behind the attack is still unknown.
