Police investigating after human remains found in Sydenham

Police investigations have kicked off into a grim discovery in Sydenham.
Officers say two human skulls were found in a bush on Locksley Drive this week.
The police's Thembeka Mbhele says the discovery was made after a land invasion in the area and by informal settlement dwellers belonging to the George Hill, Lacey and Matlock groups.
Mbhele says DNA tests will be carried out to try to determine who the skulls belonged to.
"The skulls will be taken to our forensic science laboratories to check whether there's an identity of the skulls."
