Police appeal for information in Tongaat double murder
Police are appealing to anyone with information on the murders of a woman and her five-year-old child in the Tongaat area to please come forward.
Their bodies were found in a shallow grave on Monday evening.
A passerby had noticed blood on a footpath there and called the police.
SAPS spokesperson, Thulani Zwane says they still need to identify the 25-year-old woman and her daughter. No arrests have been made.
"We are also appealing to anyone who might have information about the suspect who allegedly killed two people to come forward and give us information so that we can arrest them," he says.
