In a statement on Thursday, the Presidency said Busisiwe Mkhwebane, who's facing an impeachment inquiry in Parliament, will remain suspended until the National Assembly's completed its process for her removal.
It also said President Cyril Ramaphosa's given Mkhwebane enough time to make submissions on why she shouldn't be suspended.
Hearings are due to begin on 11 July.
"For example, the ConCourt did not just agree with her, they lambasted her for the way she's conducting her investigations which in our viewpoints to her incompetence," says Fick.
