One killed, three critically injured in crash near Pinetown
One person has died after two cars collided near Pinetown this morning, before one of them crashed into a tree.
According to Rescue Care emergency services, the occupant who died was the driver of the car that collided with the tree. The service's Garrith Jamieson says they found him trapped in the wreckage.

"Five occupants were found to be in the vehicle with the driver sustaining major injuries. He was declared deceased on scene. A further four passengers had sustained various injuries, with three of them sustaining critical injuries.
"Advance life support paramedics worked to stabilise them on scene. The second driver was not injured in the accident," he says.
