One person has been killed in a double-vehicle crash on the R61 near Ramsgate on the south coast.

Reports from the scene indicate that a truck collided with a car on Tuesday morning.
"Tragically, one person has sustained fatal injury and one person has been treated for minor injuries by the paramedic," says KZN EMS spokesperson, Robert McKenzie:
"Currently the road is closed and traffic is being diverted. The exact cause of the crash is not known at this stage."
