The four SAPS officers and a security guard who were arrested on charges of kidnapping this week will remain behind bars until their next court appearance.

The suspects - stationed at Inanda SAPS - made a brief appearance at the Durban Magistrate Court on Friday.
They were arrested after allegedly kidnapping two men on Wednesday night, and demanded them to cough up R50 000.
They were nabbed after the released victim called for help.
