Aryan Benevolent Home council upholds stringent COVID-19 measures

A national Non-Profit Organisation (NPO )that cares for the elderly and other vulnerable people - says stringent COVID-19 measures remain in place - to keep residents safe.

The Aryan Benevolent Home has lost nine people to the virus.
The Home's Kish Chetty says 20 staff members and 24 residents tested positive for coronavirus, since the outbreak.

The ABH houses 700 people, including the elderly, children, and victims of domestic violence.
"Its been very difficult cause obviously we know that our residents, their families cant visit them, they've tried to make sure our residents spend time with their families to ease their loneliness," says Chetty.
