Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
The National Prosecuting Authority says it expects more delays in the Dros Rape case.

The State today recommended that Nicholas Ninow be sent for mental evaluation at Weskoppies Psychiatric Hospital.
The 20-year-old was arrested shortly after allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl in the bathrooms of a Dros restaurant in Pretoria east lat month
NPA spokesperson, Phindi Mjonondwane says the investigation is progressing as DNA tests have been finalized but more forensic results are outstanding.
"What needs to happen is for Weskoppies to allocate a bed to the accused of which the hospital has indicated to us that - that can be done within 30 days. After a bed has been allocated - the process of observing the accused will then begin. We are likely to see another postponement on November 28," she said.
