Nongoma family wants justice for murdered mom of 7

A Nongoma family's grappling to come to terms with the murder with their mother.

The bruised and battered body of Cebisile Madlamalala, a mother of seven, was found lying near the R66 at Ivuna Reserve in Zululand on Monday.
The 51-year-old's eldest son Thulani has described his mother as the family's pillar.

He says she was last seen on Friday night before she went out with her 61-year-old partner - who's since appeared in court.
"The law must take over so we can find out what happened between them. He must not be given bail because that will be putting other women in our communities in danger."
"He cannot simply get away with the murder of my mother. Everyone has a right to live."
The matter's been postponed until next Wednesday.
