No arrests yet in Bergville store robbery as more footage emerges

More dramatic footage of the supermarket heist in Bergville has emerged.
A 13-year-old boy and two others were killed on Monday. Three more people were injured in the violence - which saw a gang of heavily armed men storm the store in a hail of bullets.
The boy who died was shot in the bathroom where he had run to seek refuge.
In the footage, a bakkie's seen pulling up on the side of the road. The men then jump off the back and open fire.

Police spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala says no arrests have been made.
"No arrests have been made following the incident that took place on Monday where the robbers who went to a local business premises in Bergville took an undisclosed amount of cash and fired shots that led to the death of three people. Investigations are still continuing and we are also appealing to anyone who might have information to come forward,"she said.
