Niehaus to Zuma: 'Madiba would have supported you'
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
Nelson Mandela would have supported Jacob Zuma during his court trials. So says the MK Veterans Association's Carl Niehaus, at least.

Niehaus says Madiba understood very well the concept of 'innocent until proven guilty'.
He was yesterday addressing a crowd that had gathered to support Zuma after his court appearance at the Pietermaritzburg High Court on his 16 charges relating to corruption, fraud and money laundering.
Speaking to Zuma's supporters outside, Neihaus said Madiba would see through the injustice levelled against Zuma.
"Comrade Nelson Mandela was a principled man who believed in justice, who understood the Constitution and who knew that every citizen of this country is innocent until proven guilty i a court of law," he said.
Then speaking to Zuma,
"Madiba would have supported you".
Following yesterday's postponement, Zuma is expected back in court on November 30.
