NFP to contest 2019 elections across SA
Updated | By Sandile Zikhali
The National Freedom Party says it will contest the elections in all nine provinces for the first time this year.
The party says it has seen significant growth in support across the country.
Spokesperson Sabelo Sigudu says despite the blunder that cost the NFP the chance to contend in the 2016 local government elections, it is ready for the 2019 polls.
“The strong base of the NFP was only in KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, parts of the North West and parts of Mpumalanga but it has grown in such a way but even in different provinces - like the Free State and the Northern Cape - we have support”.
