Nehawu: Govt's vaccine rollout plan is 'ambiguous'

Workers' union, Nehawu, has criticised the government's vaccine rollout plan describing it as 'ambiguous'.
The union, which also represents workers in the health sector, says the details aren't clear enough.
It says government's taking too long to procure a Covid-19 jab, and that funds for it, should've been made available long ago.

On Sunday, Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said the plan is to vaccinate around 67,000 people against the virus, by December.
Nehawu's provincial spokesperson ,Ayanda Zulu says the logistics aren't clear, and there are no details on how clinicians would be trained, for example.
The union's urging government to be more aggressive and speed up its procurement processes.
