Assembly will now debate the Section 89 independent panel report on the Phala
Phala farm matter next week.
The sitting has been postponed to Tuesday to allow all members to be physically present.
The debate could set in motion impeachment proceedings against President Cyril Ramaphosa.
The president has filed papers with the Constitutional Court to have the report "reviewed, declared unlawful and set aside”.
Ramaphosa also wants any possible impeachment process to be blocked.
Meanwhile, National Assembly Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula's turned down the African Transformation Movement's request for a secret ballot on the report.

"With regards to postponing the seating to the 13th to allow the proper logistical arrangements to be made for the physical meeting as requested by some of the parties,” she said.
She said it would be challenging to bring together everybody to be physically present in a sitting on Tuesday due to logistical challenges.
The National Assembly will still convene to deal with other matters - including the Children's Amendment Bill.
