Mtubatuba scholars injured in knife brawl

Two KZN learners have been treated for stab wounds in hospital after getting into a fight this morning at their school in Mtubatuba, north of the province.
Police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbhele says the boys - who are both 18 - caused each other injuries to the face and back.

"There is a case of assault that has been opened for investigation - but one suspect has been arrested.
"An 18-year-old victim is still in hospital. There is a counter-charge opened against the one who is still in hospital. They used knives to stab each other," Mbhele said.
