Morningside man shot in head succumbs to injuries

A Durban man who was rushed to hospital after being shot in the head has died.
Paramedics were called to a home on Hendry Road in Morningside on Tuesday morning.
The circumstances around the shooting are still not clear at this stage.

"A 62-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound on the head and he was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries," says KZN police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala.
"An inquest docket has been opened for investigation at Mayville SAPS."
