More pain for motorists as fuel prices set to jump in September
Updated | By Noxolo Miya
The fuel price hikes are not letting up, and next month's increases are expected to be huge.

The Automobile Association says the price of petrol looks likely to jump by between R1.41 and R1.45 a litre.
If you put diesel in your car, you could be paying R2.60 more for a litre.
Illuminating paraffin is predicted to go up by R2.55 cents a litre.
The AA has based its projections from unaudited mid-month data from the Central Energy Fund.
It says the price increases are being driven by international oil prices, and the performance of the rand against the US dollar.
"Naturally, we are all looking at ways to manage expenses and as fuel remains an integral part of many budgets, it’s difficult to avoid paying the higher prices," said the AA.
"Our advice is to ensure your vehicle is in good mechanical condition, and that the tyres of the car are properly inflated. Avoiding heavy traffic, not overloading the vehicle, and minimising driving are other tips that may help."
