More weather warnings issued for KZN

The South African Weather Service
has issued two weather warnings for KZN on Wednesday.

An orange level 5 warning has been issued for disruptive rain for the eastern and northern parts of KZN.
Forecaster Thandiwe Gumede says a yellow level two weather warning for disruptive rainfall has also been issued for the western and southern interior of KZN.
Gumede says the heavy rains could lead to widespread flooding.

"We are expecting an 80% chance of showers and thundershowers across KZN, and with that, we are expecting some significant amount of rainfall. The yellow and orange means we are also expecting significant impact as a result of the rain."
