Miguel Louw trial set for April

The murder trial against a 43-year-old man accused of kidnapping and killing Sydenham boy, Miguel Louw is expected to get underway in April.
Mohammed Ebrahim has appeared in court today.
He was denied bail in December.
Miguel disappeared in July while his body was found in Phoenix in September.
State prosecutor, Kuveshni Pillay asked for a lengthy postponement so that an indictment can be served and Ebrahim can go on trial in the Durban High Court.

Ebrahim will remain in custody until then.
The State believes Ebrahim killed Miguel in a revenge attack and to teach his mother, Raylene a lesson. Ebrahim maintains he had been in a relationship with her. The trial is expected to get underway in April.
