Mbalula faces tough questions about KZN political killings
Updated | By ECR_Newswatch
Police Minister, Fikile Mbalula says it's the masterminds behind the KZN political killings who they are after as many of the triggermen have been arrested.

He was asked a question in Parliament by Agang SA's Andries Tlouamma about the violence in KZN.

"I don't see tears in your eyes. You must weep hysterically like a mourning widow. What is happening in KwaZulu-Natal has the potential to undermine the stability of the whole country. Do you have any tangible plans to stop these hired assassins who are killing our people like flies?" he asked.
Mbalula says multi-disciplinary teams are on it.
"It is not the triggerman, it is the man behind the trigger person. It can be a man or a woman and that is what we are interested in. What we have instituted in relation to KZN is a multi-disciplinary approach that includes all of our forces to focus on the killings and murders in KwaZulu-Natal," he says.
