Cosatu delegates did not mince their words:
"Asinamali...Hamba Gwede...We don't have money, leave Gwede!"
The boos and chants reverberated around Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand as Cosatu delegates barred ANC national chairperson Gwede Mantashe from addressing them.
He was due to deliver a message of support on behalf of the ANC at the trade union federation's 14th national congress in Midrand on Monday.
But Mantashe was booed off the stage by some 2 000 delegates.
