Cosatu’s Zingiswa Losi sends stern warning to ANC
Updated | By Sandile Bhengu
The Congress of South African Trade Unions president Zingiswa Losi has warned the ANC could face further losses at the ballot box if it fails to address the needs of workers.

She delivered the opening address at the trade union federation's national congress in Midrand on Monday.
Unemployment, corruption and the electricity crisis are among the topics to be discussed.
"Workers have sent a clear message to the ANC in the local elections and if the ANC does not get it's act together, if the ANC does not deliver quality public services if it does not tackle corruption, if it does not fix Eskom, if the ANC does not save Metro Rail and Transnet, if it does not grow the economy, if it fails to create jobs and provide relief for the unemployed, then when will face a repeat of the disastrous 2021 election results."
Cosatu, which is in an alliance with the ANC, will also elect new leadership at the congress.
