Man’s body found on Zimbali beach

A body of a man has been found along the Zimbali Beach in Ballito.
IPSS Search and Rescue Medics say they suspect the body is that of a 25-year-old man who drowned at the Westbrook main beach on Saturday.
The body was found by a man who was walking his dog along the beach on Tuesday morning.
Spokesperson Samantha Merrick says they have been searching for the missing man for the past three days.

"On Saturday afternoon. IPSS search and rescue received reports of a missing an adult male that had gone missing while swimming at Westbrook beach. Despite launching a vessel and an extensive search, the body of the man was not located."
"Earlier today, the body of the missing man was washed ashore on a beach further North. IPSS Search and Rescue team has now recovered the body, and will be handed over to SAPS."
