Manhunt for Tongaat woman’s killer

Police are working to track down the gunman who killed a woman in Tongaat, north of Durban.

The 38-year-old was driving home along Gopalall Hurbans Road on Thursday when she was shot.
KZN police spokesperson, Robert Netshiunda says the shooter approached the woman’s car on foot and opened fire on her.

"She was declared dead at the scene. The motive for the shooting has not been established as yet.
"A search for the suspect is underway. Police in Tongaat have opened a case of murder for investigation."
