A 33-year-old man has been sentenced after admitting to killing an elderly Normandien couple, Glen and Vida Rafferty.

Sizwe Zwane pleaded guilty in the Pietermaritzburg High Court yesterday.
The Raffertys were ambushed and killed on their farm as they returned home from an outing in nearby Newcastle last August.
KZN police spokesperson Jay Naicker says Zwane was arrested two-and-a-half weeks ago.

Naicker says there's a possibility of more arrests.
