Man believed to be missing at sea off Umkomaas
Emergency services are searching for a man believed to be missing in the sea off Umkomass on the upper south coast.
The man had apparently been walking on the rocks at the beach when he slipped and fell into the water.
"The Police Search and Rescue Unit as well as lifeguards had already initiated a search of the area, however the mna has not been found," said Herbst.
Netcare911's Shawn Herbst says he had already disappeared beneath the water by the time emergency services arrived at the scene.

"The Police Search and Rescue Unit as well as lifeguards had already initiated a search of the area, however the mna has not been found," said Herbst.
"All the necessary authorities are on scene and will continue with the search."
