The EFF, COPE, UDM and the DA are asking the North Gauteng High Court to consolidate the 11 applications relating to the state capture report.

Earlier today, attorneys made representations in relation to President Jacob Zuma's application to halt the release of the report.
The reinstated application of Co-operative Governance Minister Des Van Rooyen is now being heard.

Advocate Dali Mpofu is representing opposition parties.
He's told the court the main focus of the report is Zuma - and not Van Rooyen.
