LISTEN: Matrics speak of expectations ahead of final exams

The KwaZulu-Natal Education Department says it's in its final stages of preparation ahead of this year's National Senior Certificate examinations.
Friday marks 30 days till Grade 12 pupils sit down to write their finals.
Education MEC Mbali Frazer is expected to be in uMthwalume High School on Friday to announce the official countdown.
Department spokesperson Muzi Mahlambi says close to 170 000 pupils have registered to write.

"We are ready in all 1 700 centres that will be our schools that will be sitting for our examination for 2022.
"Provincial meetings have been held. Districts are having their exam meetings where they train all officials, including the invigilators, so we are now entering what we call the last push in terms of our preparedness."
