LISTEN: Funding drive established for Durban videographer couple

The KwaZulu-Natal wedding industry is rallying to raise money for the Cowies Hill videographer who has been hospitalised since an attempted hijacking last month.

Karen Rundle and her husband, Jonathan were attacked while getting out of their vehicle after arriving at a client's home near Pinetown.

They both sustained gunshot wounds during the ordeal.Their friend, Beulah Haasbroek organised the fundraising initiative. She says since the couple works together as a team, their income has been nearly non-existent since the incident.
According to a post shared widely on social media, Jonathan has recovered well from his physical injuries, but Karen has remained in hospital.
It's understood the bullet that hit her will only be removed once she has healed completely.
Jonathan says they are thankful for all of the assistance they have received.
