UPDATE: Stage Four #loadshedding activated at 9am.

South Africans will spend parts of their Human Rights Day without power.
Eskom says Stage Four loadshedding will be implemented from 9am this morning, continuing until 11pm tonight.
We are currently experiencing Stage Two power cuts and have been doing so overnight.
Eskom says there is still a shortage of capacity.
