Legal team volunteers to assist Enoch Mpianzi's family
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
EFF leader Julius Malema says a legal team is available to assist the family of Enoch Mpianzi to find answers about his death.
The 13-year-old Parktown Boys High School pupil drowned in the Crocodile River in Brits last Wednesday - while at orientation camp.
Enoch and other boys in his group had been taking part in a water activity using a makeshift raft.
The raft capsized and Enoch was swept down the river. It's understood the boys weren't wearing life jackets.

Questions have been raised about the amount of time it took to report Enoch as missing - and how the school has handled the matter.

Malema visited his family yesterday.
"Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi and advocate senior councillor are on standby, willing to intervene as family lawyers and you don't have to pay anything. "
He says the advocates volunteered themselves and wanted to help.
"The Human Rights Commission can be there. they have all the right to be there. But the family has to have its own lawyers," says Malema.
