KZN woman, alleged accomplices in court over husband's murder

A woman charged with the murder of her husband is expected back in the uMzimkhulu Magistrate's Court next Tuesday, along with her two alleged accomplices.
Police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala says the three suspects, aged between 26 and 33, appeared in court yesterday.
The murdered Khayelihle Mgcwaba was a former ward councillor in the area.

Gwala says police arrested the accused on Sunday after what she's described as a rigorous investigation.
"On May 9, a former ward councillor Khayelihle Mgcwaba was shot dead at his house in the Machunwini area. An unknown suspect entered the house and shot him, he was declared dead on scene. A case of murder was opened at the Ibisi police station," she said.
