Party leaders have been on the campaign trail in various parts of the province this week, with the movement celebrating its 107th anniversary on Tuesday.

The SAPS' Brigadier Jay Naicker says they have teamed up with other law enforcement officials to ensure that tomorrow's launch at Moses Mabhida Stadium is a safe one.

"Crowd management and traffic management principles will be implemented to ensure the smooth flowing of traffic and (safety and comfort of) attendees. We want to remind people that there will be road closures in place, particularly around the stadium," he says, "People attending the event are also advised that no firearms, dangerous weapons or alcohol will be allowed inside the stadium or the public viewing area outside the stadium".

Please be aware that roads around the stadium precinct will be closed from 6pm this evening until Sunday morning.
