Security measures in place ahead of ANC manifesto launch: Durban Metro

Durban Metro Police says law enforcement officials from various sectors are gearing up for the mammoth task of ensuring the safety of thousands of people at Durban's Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.
That is where the ANC will be hosting its manifesto launch, officially shifting its election campaign into gear.
The party commemorated its 107th anniversary in Inanda, north of Durban, on Tuesday.
Metro police spokesperson, Parboo Sewpersad says they are prepared for the high volume of traffic.

More than 3,000 vehicles, including buses, mini buses and cars, are expected to transport people to the venue.
Roads around the stadium precinct will be closed from 6pm tomorrow evening until Sunday morning.
