KZN priests, car washers arrested during lockdown
A pastor has been arrested for breaking the lockdown rules by holding a church service in Ngwelezana, in northern KZN.
Umhlathuze Municipality says he was arrested along with three other people after police were tipped-off about their activity.
Municipal spokesperson, Mdu Ncalane says the police got a tip-off from a member of the public that there is a church service going on in Ngwelezana,.
Upon the arrival they caught the pastor in the middle of a sermon and arrested him along with three other church leaders.
Ncalane says three car washers were also arrested in the area. He reminds people that supermarkets are open but car washes are closed. This is the third carwash that has been closed down.

Meanwhile a roadblock on the M4 freeway in Durban North over the weekend also netted a man and his alleged liquor dealer.
Police say officers found alcohol in the man's car when he was stopped and his car search.
After being asked where the liquor came from - he led police to Glenmore where the trader was found selling selling alcohol.
Both men have been arrested.
