KwaZulu-Natal paramedics say they are in disbelief following a shooting involving one of their colleagues and his family.

Nkuleko Ndlovu, his girlfriend and their five-month-old baby, were shot near Nagle Dam near Pietermaritzburg on Saturday night.
The infant was killed. Both are Ndlovu and his partner are in hospital.
Durban paramedic, Garrith Jamieson doesn't know why he would be targetted.
"When paramedics attended to the scene, we found out a short while later and we were shocked that it was really him.
"He was a fun, loving and caring guy - so the motive behind this no one will never understand because he did everything he could for everyone he knew.

"He never fought or got into altercations with anyone, so this comes as a huge shock to the paramedics community."
Jamieson says they've set up a GoFundMe account to help Ndlovu's family.
"We are trying to set up a fund where people are able to contribute towards the burial as well as for living expenses. As he wouldn't be able to work during this time.
