KZN man gets life for murder of pregnant teacher

A KZN man has been handed a life sentence for killing a pregnant woman in Estcourt, in northern KZN.
35-year-old Hlengiwe Ndaba was found dead in the boot of a car that had been set alight in July this year.
Ndaba - who was a teacher in Amangwe- was eight months pregnant at the time.
Police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbele says the Estcourt Regional Court sentenced Nkosingiphile Ngubane to life imprisonment yesterday.
On the 1st of September, police they made a breakthrough when Nokubonga Fortunate Dubazane, 35 was arrested at Estcourt for murder.

The accused was a teacher at the same school as the deceased.
A 46-year-old, Mqapheli Miya was arrested on Thursday, 3 September 2020 at Emmaus for the same case.
On the 26th of September the third accused Nkosingiphile Morris Ngubane, 39 was caught.
He was traced and arrested at Tembisa in Gauteng where he was hiding.
Two other accused will be back in court next week.
