KZN family of 6 massacred at their home

A police task team has been established to track down the remaining suspects said to have massacred a family in KwaCeza in northern KZN.
Six family members were attacked at their homestead in the Mpambulekweni area on Saturday night.
Two children aged three and five were among the victims.
A teenager who was taken to hospital in a serious condition also died.

Police spokesperson Shooz Magudulela says the police are still chasing some suspects.
"There are still some people that they are after, they are chasing in the area - they are there. Some suspects that are still in the area are being investigated," he said.
The motive behind the killings is unknown.
Meanwhile, a double-murder suspect is due to appear in the Empangeni Magistrate's Court today.
The 26-year-old man was arrested on Friday in connection with one case of murder in Nkandla and another in Melmoth in northern KZN.
He also faces charges of being in possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
