KZN DA oppose government land ownership
Updated | By Steve Bhengu

The party wants citizens to be issued title deeds which it believes will offer dignity and security.
"This could be done within the existing legal framework. There's no need for amending Section 25. Section 25 means that government will own the land. People on the ground want to own the land. How can they be trusted if they take total control of the land?," Magwebu said.
