KwaMakhutha woman brutally murdered during domestic dispute
Authorities are urging the public to help track down a man believed to have killed a 46-year-old woman in KwaMakhutha, south of Durban.
Philisiwe Mvubu was stabbed to death over the weekend, apparently during a domestic dispute.
Police have opened a murder case and are searching for the perpetrator.
Spokesperson for the provincial Department of Social Development Department Mhlabunzima Memela says they are in shock.

"The MEC for Social Development in KwaZulu-Natal, Mrs Nonhlanhla Khoza, has conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of a woman who was brutally murdered in Mkhazini area, KwaMakhutha, south of Durban, at weekend.
"It is a very terrible situation that we find ourselves in as a province, the number of cases of gender-based violence that we see in this province. That is a very brutal thing that has happened in that area."
