Another deadly crash in KZN

There’s been another fatal crash in KwaZulu-Natal.
This time in Harrismith.
Three people were killed in the collision on the N3 near the Eeram off-ramp on Monday morning.
The crash involved a truck and a bakkie.
Emer-G-Med spokesperson Kyle van Reenen says five occupants of the double cab bakkie were trapped in the wreckage.
Two were in a critical condition.

"On arrival on scene, they found a Toyota Hilux had collided in a T-bone fashion with a heavy-duty motor vehicle.
"Rescue technicians used the jaws of life to cut them free from the wreckage. Once free, they were transported rapidly to a nearby hospital for further care.
"A driver and single occupant of the heavy-duty vehicle suffered moderate injuries and was treated and stabilized on the scene before being taken to a local hospital for further care.
"At this stage, the cause of the collision is unknown."
This morning, three people died when a minibus and truck collided near Underberg.
Six were hurt in that crash.
