Kaunda: Police working tirelessly to find culprits behind AKA killing
Updated | By Lauren Beukes
eThekwini Mayor Mxolisi Kaunda says police are working tirelessly to find those behind the killings of rapper AKA and his friend.

Kiernan Forbes and his former manager-turned-chef Tebello Motsoane were shot dead on Friday night outside a restaurant on Durban's popular Florida Road.
Kaunda joined a group of artists and fans who earlier on Monday, gathered for a prayer service outside a park near where the pair was killed.
"We want them to expedite the process of apprehending these criminals who conduct this brutal and barbaric act in our city.”
Kaunsa says the city is working on putting more boots on the ground and improving technology.
"It is important that we strengthen our work in terms of technology - our CCTV camera's link with the police operations so that we can prevent things from happening. This is part of the interventions we are making in the city.”

DJ Tira was also there.
He says government needs to do more to ensure the safety of South Africans.
"If we are going to have such killings and incidents taking away people's life that means it is some of the concern. The government needs to do something about it.
"How are tourists going to travel to South Africa and spend their money and enjoy their holiday if we have killings on one of the busiest streets like this."
He's added the killings of artists is not only a huge loss to the industry but also to the families that depend on them.
