Kaunda condemns metered taxi violence at murdered Taxify driver's funeral

The KZN born Taxify driver who was locked in his boot before his car was set alight in Pretoria has been laid to rest in Inanda, north of Durban.
21-year-old Siyabonga Ngcobo - who had been studying at the Tshwane University of Technology - was kidnapped earlier this month.
KZN Transport, MEC Mxolisi Kaunda attended the funeral yesterday.

His spokesperson, Mluleki Mntungwa says Ngcobo got into Taxify to make extra money.
"Speaking at his funeral - the MEC called on all stakeholders to learn to resolve their conflicts through constructive engagement instead of resorting to violence. 21-year-old Siyabonga was a final year student at TUT but he also ventured into this business so that he can earn a living while pursuing his studies," Mntungwa said.
