JUST IN: Matrics won't rewrite exams, High Court rules
Updated | By Nomfundo Ngcobo
Matrics won't be rewriting the two leaked exam papers next week.

The High Court in Pretoria has set aside the Basic Education Department's decision that Maths Paper 2 and Physical Science Paper 2 be rewritten.
Several groups, including union, Sadtu and civil rights organisation, Afriforum, went to court on an urgent basis to challenge the decision announced last week.
The High Court has found the department's decision to rewrite the two papers was irregular and unlawful.
Judge Norman Davis has ruled that it must be reviewed.

He says the pupils have a right to have their exam papers marked.
The court has ordered the department to make sure the exam scripts of all pupils who are found, - to have not cheated in these exams are marked in accordance with the management plan.
