John Steenhuisen: Eskom is bringing country's economy to knees
Updated | By Nothando Mkhize
Rolling blackouts resumed mid-last week, with Eskom saying
several generation units had broken down while a few hadn't yet returned from
maintenance.

DA leader, John Steenhuisen says long-lasting solutions are needed to this problem.
