Immigration via Beit Bridge is controlled: Parliament Committee

Parliament's Committee on Home Affairs says the number of foreign nationals entering South Africa canbe controlled.

The Committee has made that point after the DA said there'd been an increase in the number of people coming into the countryvia Beitbridge, bordering Zimbabwe.
Committee chair, Hlomani Chauke says the issue of illegal immigrants has always been a challenge to Home Affairs.
Nationwide protests broke out earlier this month, after President Emmerson Mnangagwa announced the fuel prices would be more than double in price.
